Jungle trekking

2 days of constant rain and never being dry is not fun. Many river crossings, over 20 leech bites and a fall off a log into the river also added to the experience. Sleeping in the jungle while water gathered on your mosquito net and drips on your face all night is the cream on the cake.

Great shots of the jungle and the reality of trekking. Next time wear board shorts that dry fast and forget the soggy, cotton clothes. Get more info at Nature Escapes.

Shorts = more leeches. I wear long pants and take the legs into the socks. Though, still leeches will find you.

Or, I guess I could go nude (except for a leaf) like some of the folks - bare skin really dries fast.
